Privacy policy

Short version: we only hold what you send us, we use it to answer you, and we don’t sell it. The detail follows.

What we collect

If you fill in the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, company (if you give one), the budget range and disciplines you picked, and your message. That’s it — there are no hidden fields and no tracking pixels on this site.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, to scope the work, and to keep a record of the conversation if it turns into a project. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you started.

How long

Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted after twelve months. Project correspondence is kept for seven years, because our accountants require it.

Who else sees it

Our email and project-management providers, as processors. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@5roleslab.com and we’ll action it within one month. If we get it wrong you can complain to the ICO.
